Descripción:Job Purpose
Under the leadership of the Senior Executive Liaison Officer, the Senior Management (SMT) Intern will support the different strategic processes led by the Regional Director in the Americas Region.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Support the preparation of documentation for the Inter American Conference (IAC) and the reports from the accomplishment of the Inter American Framework for Action (IAFA)
Keep the information related to the strategic processes of the Regional director organized and updated (IMII, Portfolio, Humanitarian Hub, Matrix Management, among others)
Organize and update files of the Regional Director (hard and soft copies)
Collate inputs and develop first draft of monthly highlights report
Collaborate with programmatic areas of focus through the collection and analysis of data/key information, as well as participating and supporting activities per his/her academic expertise under the approval of the Regional Director and/or Liaison Officer

Education
Currently pursuing an international cooperation, development and/or humanitarian assistance or related university degree

Experience
Not required

Knowledge, skills and languages
Self-supporting in computer applications (i.e. MS Office)
High level of organization
Results-orientation
Languages:

Fluently spoken English and Spanish
Good command of any other Federation official language (French, Arabic)

This internship is open to local and international applicants who are currently enrolled in a university or equivalent level or have graduated recently (normally within 1 year from the date of hiring) in an area that is compatible with the above description
