Job requirements
• Two or three years of college/university technical school or business school.
• Four years related experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong PC skills and working familiarity with ACD technology, operating systems, hardware diagnostics and application software preferred.
• Knowledge in usage of digital cameras and multi-functional printers.
• All candidates must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking both English and Spanish.

Required Competences
• Self-control.
• Initiative.
• Customer-care oriented.
• Creativity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
